About the Photographer
At 12 I asked my father if I could take a picture while on vacation. When we got the prints back, I recognized mine at once, although he claimed it as his own and said it was the best one. I recognized my love of photography at once and haven’t put the camera down since. I’ve done fashion photography, portraits, and scenics for over 10 years, but I especially love the challenges and rewards of a beautiful wedding.
I’ve been doing weddings in the photojournalistic style for over 7 years. My passion is to catch those priceless moments that other photographer’s miss or don’t bother with—a lifted veil here, a hug there, a seemingly normal glance over the shoulder—and to do so in as unobtrusive a manner as possible with an elegant mixture of color, black and white, sepia, and special-effects photos. And in doing so digitally, the possibilities are endless.
I understand that the day is about you and the story of your wedding. You should be allowed to experience it in the way you want, knowing that each moment is capture by your very own paparazzi. I shoot entirely in digital with enough resolution to enlarge most finished pictures to 20x30, plus allowing the flexibility to modify my technique based on your color preferences.
